I am new to nhibernate and was fighting since last 3 days to configure the application. But it was so frustrating. But this tutorial is such a simple that with in a 15min, i got complete clue for the application.

hi,

I’m new to nhibernate and most tutorial on the net is confusing. yours is the most simplist, however I’m still having trouble following it. I getting an error saying “can not find schema information for the element Nhibernate”

I want to compare what I have done to actual source code. can you please send me the source code. I try downloading it from your website but the link is no longer active. When I try to download it there is a message saying file not found.

hi, Its really good tutorial..I find it very easy..I just need help with what are the dlls i have to use for project since i downloaded a zip file which have lot of dlls files. Also please let me know if the mapping can be created automatically because its time consuming to write it again and again for every class.

Nice to know you.
This is a great tutorial. I am facing some problems in it. I use a PostgreSQLDialect connection & database connectivity was successful. I have created the required table with the fields. In Postgres i am using a sequence to generate ID. My doubt is where in the project i have to place the HBM mapping file (ie) inside Bin or AppCode, & what should be changed inside the HBM mapping for the “ID” column and my other doubt is i am not able to see the Embedded resource property anywhere in my project so that i can set the build action. rite now i am not able to generate DLL’s on runtime

Please help !!!
