Rather, the testing demonstrated that there were a number of problems with the beta releases of Flash player 10.1 that could not resolved. As soon as they are, we'll remove this restriction. In the meantime, you can revert to Player 10.0 if you want to use acrobat.com on Mac/Chrome. (I suspect that your earlier experience of successfully using Acrobat.com on Mac/Chrome was prior to your upgrading to Flash Player 10.1.) Agree on the "second class citizen", it is not promoted enough and I think doesn't get deserved size of audience (which, in turn, slows development).
